HELP

I can't figure out how to put a new background on my page because there is no customize anymore? Is anyone else having this trouble or am I having a major blonde moment?

I know I am not very good at posting new things, but no one in my family has caught onto blogging yet so I don't know if anyone even looks.

A few weeks ago grandpa Oates passed away. We will miss him very much. It was nice to be able to see some family we don't get to see a lot. Little Keerslee and Madeline were really cute together, and Keerslee just loves Lauren. Thank you Lisa for the great pictures
